At Siyu House, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. We take great care in delivering quality products, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Easy 3-Day Return & Exchange Policy
You can request a return, exchange, or refund within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be:
Unused and in its original condition
With original tags, packaging, and bill/invoice
Once we receive your request, our team will review it and arrange a pickup (where applicable) or guide you on the return process.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
Damaged or defective product: If the item you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.
Size issue: If the size doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange for a different size (subject to availability).
Wrong product received: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
Note: Color variation may slightly occur due to screen settings, which does not qualify as a defect.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, such as accessories, discounted items, or customized orders, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
