All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details.

2. Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Locations: 5–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below ₹999 or for COD orders.

Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pin codes.

Customers may need to pay an additional handling fee for COD orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.
